At Diamond 9s Silver Co., each piece of our custom turquoise and silver jewelry is meticulously handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products and the personalization involved, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

Please be advised that all sales made through Diamond 9s Silver Co. are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection (unless due to our error), or subjective dissatisfaction with natural variations in stone color or silver patina. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before making a purchase

Refunds will only be considered on a strict, case-by-case basis exclusively for confirmed manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in the craftsmanship or materials that was present at the time the item was created and was not intentionally part of the design or a natural characteristic of the materials (e.g., natural inclusions in turquoise, minor variations inherent to handmade processes).

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at diamond9ssilverco@gmail.com.

  • Provide Clear Evidence: Include your order number, a detailed description of the alleged defect, and clear, well-lit photographs or a video demonstrating the defect.

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging (if applicable).

Upon receiving your request and evidence, Diamond 9s Silver Co. will carefully review your claim. This review process may take up to 10 business days.

  • If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the item indeed has a manufacturing defect, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate resolution. This resolution may include repair of the item, replacement (if feasible and materials are available), or, as a last resort, a refund.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.

This refund policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Discoloration or damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or water.

  • Loss of stones or components due to impact or improper handling after delivery.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with natural stone variations (e.g., matrix patterns, color nuances) or minor irregularities inherent in handmade items.

 

Diamond 9s Silver Co. possesses the right to change this policy at any time. By purchasing from Diamond 9s Silver Co., you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
