Thank you for choosing Diamond 9s Silver Co. for your custom turquoise and silver jewelry. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our process and timelines.

We are dedicated to crafting and delivering your unique pieces with care. Our turnaround times reflect the meticulous work involved in creating high-quality handmade jewelry:

In-Stock Products: For items that are already made and ready to ship, please allow 2 weeks for order processing before shipment. This time is needed for final quality checks, packaging, and preparing your item for dispatch.

Handmade Custom Orders: As each custom piece is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow up to 6 weeks for order creation and processing before shipment. This timeframe enables us to source materials, design, create, and perfect your unique jewelry.
Please Note: Turnaround times refer to the period from when your order is confirmed (and custom details finalized for custom orders) until it is ready to be shipped. They do not include the transit time once the package is with the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These costs will be calculated based on your shipping address and the weight/dimensions of your order and will be clearly displayed and included in your final total price during the checkout process. There will be no hidden shipping fees added after your purchase.

We use reputable shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States): We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country of residence upon delivery. Diamond 9s Silver Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Due to the unique, custom, and handmade nature of our turquoise and silver jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival. In such rare cases, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.​

Diamond 9s Silver Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once a package leaves our workshop and is with the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you by providing any necessary shipping information.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Diamond 9s Silver Co. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer. Diamond 9s Silver Co. reserves the right to change these policies at any time. By placing an order with Diamond 9s Silver Co., you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
